“Service for the Future”
A simple but powerful aspiration turned reality in 1986 when Jeff and Kim Isenhour took a leap of faith and began their journey in the appliance repair industry. Their dream? Providing not only efficient and effective repairs, but services that were economical to every customer in need. Little did the Isenhours know that their customer-focused philosophy would forever transform Charlotte’s appliance repair enterprise.
Hard work, determination, dedication, perseverance and outstanding moral values allowed Jeff and Kim’s company, Advanced Appliance Service, to flourish. Advanced Appliance Service became a preferred servicer for factory authorized repairs for both the Whirlpool and Electrolux brands, as well as a contracted repair representative of Queen City Appliance, Plaza Appliance Mart, and Lowe’s. Now the largest self-owned appliance repair company in the Carolinas, Advanced Appliance Service still prides itself in building long lasting relationships with their customers through repairs focused on correcting the cause of failure instead of relying on a “quick fix.”
Today, Advanced Appliance Service technicians service more than 200 customers daily in Cabarrus, Catawba, Chester, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Union, Cumberland, Harnett, Hope, Lee, Moore, Robeson and York counties. All their technicians are factory trained and certified; and even after almost four decades, customer service is still the number one priority. In fact, Advanced Appliance Service has received numerous awards from both Lowe’s and Whirlpool for outstanding service. Advanced Appliance will continue to innovate and improve with customer satisfaction in mind, because we strive to lead the way in “service for the future.”
What does Service for the Future mean?
Here at Advanced Appliance, the present is simply a waypoint to our path forward, toward the future. After nearly 40 years in business, the journey continues to be nothing short of amazing. We are thankful for each person we’ve met along the way and for all the lives we have touched who have, in turn, supported us. From our single little office space in a renovated home to a personalized, specialty-built office building with a parts department and garage adjacent, we remain thankful for our first customer, for those who count on us time and again, and for those whose faces are new to us.
