Why Join Advanced
People Before Profit
At Advanced Appliance Service, we care for our customers because we see them as people, not dollar signs, and the same goes for everyone who works here. We know our associates have their own needs, families, goals and lives. We understand that excellence takes different forms, and we value each employee’s unique contribution to the company. Our management team works hard to foster a flexible and supportive environment for the people who help us achieve our mission.
A Real Community that Celebrates Personal Connections
We want everyone to feel at home in our office. Our office staff enjoy a casual dress code and healthy coworker relationships are encouraged. Our technicians are provided with modern uniforms that allow them to work comfortably while maintaining a professional, neat appearance. Birthdays and personal milestones are celebrated so our associates feel noticed and appreciated. The community we’ve built here is more than skin-deep. When a department or coworker is stressed or struggling, our team voluntarily flexes to help until things return to normal. It’s a beautiful thing to see.
A Stable Career with Flexibility to Do and Earn More
We give all of our associates standard 8-9 hour workdays with no expectation that they work nights or weekends, and both office staff and technicians enjoy a set pay structure with a full range of benefits, including health, vision, dental, short-term disability, a 401k, and paid vacation. For associates who would like additional work, we offer the opportunity to work extra hours and weekends (especially during peak season) and opportunities to earn bonuses.
