Now Hiring: Customer Service Advisor: Billings
We are currently seeking a Billings Customer Service Advisor to assist with accurate and timely claims processing and daily ordering of appliance parts from multiple distributors, with the ability to meet our customers’ needs with exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitating claims processing between manufacturers, dealers, and customers
- Reviewing claim status
- Communicating with necessary clients to resolve outstanding claims
- Submitting appliance parts orders through authorized part warehouses via email, phone and web to ensure timely arrival
- Scheduling appointments using our dispatching software
- Answering incoming calls
- Supporting technicians and other office staff to efficiently assist our customers
Experience
- Customer Service: 2 years (required)
- Claim Processing Experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Familiarity with posting payments
